Chris is the best coach and trainer anyone could ask for. I started training with Chris in August 2020. I have lost over 2 stones, nothing was drastic or rushed. When I initially joined Chris, I was on a knee and back rehab with physio. Chris is very knowledgeable and he came up with not only with a great rehab but also strengthening program. Couldn't recommend Chris enough.
